I used CB wholesale in the past for my daughter's blessing day. The experience was great and the flowers were beautiful! Whoever took my first call was helpful and kind. However, I recently called again to place an another order and it was a totally different experience. Amber (I believe - she sort of mumbled for name) took my call and we were on the phone for a whopping 21 seconds! I said I wanted to order some geraniums and she responded with "we don't have any" which was a little confusing to me. I said "ok" and was about to ask what I could order but before I could finish she said "ok, bye" then CLICK! Obviously she was busy with something, but if that's the case just put me hold or let it go to voicemail... Right...? Anyways, the experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be using another company from now on. "Ok, bye" CB Wholesale Floral.
